Hey, I'm Uta

I'm a BANT Registered Nutritionist, Women's Health Expert, Lecturer and Writer as well as the in house nutritionist at one of the largest fertility clinics in the South East of England. I've also trained with the National Center for Eating Disorders and am passionate about supporting women not only with their health but their relationship with food. 

Over the years I've been able to work with hundreds of women and support them with their menstrual health, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, peri-menopause and mental health. This has given me an insight into the daily challenges we face and how poorly understood the female body is at times.

I've been diagnosed with PCOS - Is this course suitable for me?

Yes, absolutely. In fact many of the elements covered are specifically designed to address key symptoms associated with PCOS such as sugar cravings, unexplained weight gain and low energy. The most important thing for you is how to balance your blood sugar levels which you'll learn in the course. If you've recently been diagnosed with PCOS and are not sure where to start, this course will set you up for success to manage your symptoms and feel yourself again.  

Is this course suitable for women with endometriosis?

YES, the course is perfect for you. I've worked with so many women with endometriosis and am always amazed at the difference nutrition can make! Whilst we cannot cure endometriosis you will learn how to support your body to reduce inflammation which can significantly reduce pain levels, bloating and heavy periods (and help with recovery after endo surgery!)

I'm on hormonal contraception - Is this course suitable for me?

You can still benefit from this course. Focusing on blood sugar balance and inflammation, which are two key pillars of the programme will always positively impact your health. The information is tailored primarily for those who are experiencing a natural cycle. As hormonal contraception works by suppressing your body’s natural hormones, you are unlikely to experience the same fluctuations as those not on hormonal contraception. However, you may still experience some symptoms and it will still be helpful to learn how your body works and you'll definitely benefit from the meal plan and recipes as well. 

I don't have a regular cycle - Is this course for me?

Yes, you can still benefit from this course and it will still support your body. Whilst a lot of what you learn will be tailored around menstrual symptoms, making nutritional changes can support your body in restoring balance and may actually help in regulating your cycle.

I'm in peri-menopause - Is this course for me? 

Yes! It definitely is. Hormonal balance is so important when going through peri-menopause and menopause and focusing on inflammation and blood sugar balance will help reduce symptoms such as brain fog, night sweats, mood swings and unwanted weight gain, typically associated with menopause.

I'm looking for support with fertility - Is this course suitable?

Whilst not specifically designed to support fertility this course can be a great starting place if you are looking to prepare for fertility in the future and want to learn the basics of good nutrition to support female hormones. If you are already trying to conceive and have been unsuccessful or are considering IVF please contact me for 1-2-1 support.

How is the course delivered?

The course is delivered over 4 weeks and is self-led. Each week you will receive a new video lesson, and while we encourage you to do this each week, we understand we all learn differently and sometimes life gets in the way so feel free to work at your own pace.

I recommend that you follow the 28 day meal plan but you can choose to make your own using the recipes provided. 

How long do I have access to the course for?

You'll have access for 6 months. The meal plan & recipes are downloadable so are yours for life.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to the digital nature of this course, refunds are not offered. If you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out and let me know so we have an opportunity to improve your experience.
